• Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 8 days of the purchase date.
• Return Requirements: To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.
• Return Process: To return an item, please email customer service at info@iisewamart.com to obtain a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. After receiving an RMA number, place the item securely in its original packaging and include your proof of purchase, and mail your return to the following address: Dakbangla Road. Parwalpur., Bihar.
• If return is accepted, return process will be completed within 7-10 business days
• If replaement is accepted, replacement process will be completed within 7-10 days
